What started as a simple 4-H project is now a reef-long effort to save endangered corals in Florida and U.S. Virgin Islands. The Nature Conservancy is working with partners to grow staghorn and elkhorn coral in underwater nurseries and transplant them out to reefs, providing critical habitat for fish and helping the economy for tourism and commercial fishing. Partners explain the best part of this amazing project.
